Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as follows:

  • Damaged Goods: If the item arrives damaged due to shipping or mishandling, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Defective Goods: For items that are defective or do not meet quality standards, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: In the event you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange to send you the correct item and cover any additional shipping costs.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

5. Refund Process
